5 Steps to becoming your Best Self

  1. Believe in Yourself

    Only when you believe in yourself do you create positive energy, like fuel for yourself to become the person you want to be. You have to believe before you see, the saints and sages say: When you shift the way you look at things the things you look at shift. Believe and it is so :-)
     

  2. Trust a higher guidance
    Know that you are not alone. Connect to that
    higher guidance and let yourself be guided. Once you have that trust it is easy and effortless.
     

  3. Do practices every day

    To become the person you want to be you need to be the person and practices help a lot. Meditation, Pranayama, Guided Visualization, yoga, connecting with nature, all these align and center you and bring you to yourself. Choose one at least a day and then gradually increase and feel how your energy becomes filled with all you want.
     

  4. Let go of what does not serve you

    It is really important while you fill yourself up with all you want to let go of what does not serve you. That can be physical stuff. De-cluttering is always a good idea. A good barometer is i.e. the clothes that you have not worn in the last 2 years, may be they can go. As important or even more is the emotional and mental de-cluttering. Let go of anger or sadness from the past. Fear is holding back a lot of people from living in the freedom they came here for. Go to the root cause and rewrite your story.
     

  5. Embrace life now
    Now you are ready to embrace life, this moment and love what it is, you are on the way to become your Best self, celebrate and enjoy, every day you are getting closer with this attitude.
